Most likely No: If you are getting regular monthly menstrual cycles, you are not pregnant. If these symptoms are happening for the first time, then take some Tylenol (acetaminophen) and watch for recurrence. If it happens every cycle, then consider possibility of PMS. Need evaluation: If the medicine is not working and you have been on them long enough to give them time to work you should have an evaluation by a gastroenterologist to find the source.
