Get some help.: Acid reflux can be terribly uncomfortable, and can have serious complications over time. Plus, it's generally treated quite easily with h2 blockers or proton pump inhibitors. YES: I suggest a GI consultation and avoidance of all citric acid ( fruits) , aspirin, Advil. Aleve, (naproxen) or any ibuprofen and naproxyn sodium. Start on OTC Pepcid 20 mg AM/PM and get a rechech ASAP. You may have GERD, gastritis and/or a stomach ulcer- please get reevaluated. ...Read more
