Many causes possible: Have you changed your medicines, supplements, or diet in any way in last few weeks or taken an antibiotic? Are there other symptoms? If not, then possibly viral or gastro-esophogeal reflux. I have known some with similar symptoms to benefit from a bland, vegetarian diet for a few days and from taking a probiotic.
