I have a 19yr old son. I just noticed 2 marble sized lumps behind his ear. They are hard like marbles also. Is this something to worry about??

Probably lymph node: There are several lymph glands located within the structures of the neck & will vary in size from the size of a pea to much larger if stimulated.
