Fast heart rate: Palpitation from fast heart rate can cause chest pain. But, this may also be from chest wall related cause or a congenital heart anomaly. A 7 yr old should not have this symptom. Not sure: You are too young to have any blockage in the arteries of heart causing chest pain. The only thing it could be is tachyarrhythmia which means your heart is abnormally running very fast. But since this doesn't happen at rest and only happens with exercise, it could be sinus tachycardia (normal phenomenon). You in condition?: If your doctor has cleared you for that type of physical exertion then, "NO" your LFT's being a bit elevated is of no consequence. Those numbers are always changing like blood pressure. They go up and down depending on a lot of things....I wouldn't worry about it.
