Using protein powder: will only add calories. Protein daily requirement is 50gms. You only need to supplement if you are doing heavy workouts. It alone will not cause weight loss. Have any doctors prescribed the med Belviq for weight loss? I just saw an ad for it on TV & and the side effects sound awful. It doesn't even describe what the drug even is! What is it?
