Makes No sense: I am not sure what you are really asking. The bladder is internal and you not only cannot see the bladder there can be nothing as you describe happening to the bladder. Where are your cuts? ...Read more

Face?: This may be seborrhea, which can respond to topical antifungals such as nizoral, (ketoconazole) Eurax lotion which decreases the demodex which lives in the pores. See a dermatologist: Probably you should get oral therapy. Notice certain things about tretinoin [RetinA] and adapalene: There are various formulations and strengths. Initially they tend to be irritating but the skin will tolerate them better after a couple of weeks. Start using only 2 or 3 times a week, tiny amounts, wait 20 minutes after exposure to water, avoid all other acne products, no scrubs or harsh soaps. 2-3 ...Read more

Not curable: Dr. Ferguson has given you good advice. You need to accept that acne is not a curable disease but will remit at some unknown time. I was able to stop using meds when i was 50. If you can't tolerate the meds you listed, perhaps a combination of a salicylic acid wash and a topical or systemic antibiotic chosen by your physician, or spironolactone or the oral contraceptive pill will clear you. ...Read more
