When i work out my skin feels very very cold but i feel hot inside. This happens everytime. Is there something wrong?
Several causes: It is possible that your skin feels cold because of sweating. The moisture from sweat can make your skin feel cold. My bf keeps getting a very cold feeling on his head. He says it feels like there's ice on it. What could this be?
Don't know: It depends on where you feel it, it could be an early shingles infection or a pinch nerve or dental problem.
