My Skin Feels Cold
Why would my skin always feel cold/cool to touch, i feel warm but my skin feels cold especially chest, neck, cheeks and arms? I'm worried?

When i work out my skin feels very very cold but i feel hot inside. This happens everytime. Is there something wrong?
Several causes: It is possible that your skin feels cold because of sweating. The moisture from sweat can make your skin feel cold. Some people have Raynaud disease when exercising, causing the hands, feet, ears and nose to feel very very cold when exercising.
