Get it checked out: There are several possibilities and thus you should have a thorough examination from an Orthopedist as you are very young for such symptoms. Possible causes are extensive and in Ortho include brachial plexopathy, labral tear, cervical radiculopathy or thoracic outlet and shoulder impingement.
