My left scrotum aches. The ecography was ok but the ache remains. The doctor gave me antibiotics but i did not take them. What should I do?

Not enough for ...: A "sore" on scrotum alone is too vague to meaningfully guess online. So, please detail the specifics of the sore so more clinicians can help. But, clinically, a professional mind would concern if infection, inflammation, twist of testis or appendages, etc. may occur.
