I developed a bump in my lower back on the left side above the sacrum, it's only sore when pressure is applied.This happened after deadlifts at the gym

I've got a large bump on my lower back right between back dimples, it covers the entire space between the dimples. Its hard and aches a little.
Cyst: Depending how long the lump has been present and how it formed, it may recede on its own, may need to be drained, or may need to be excised.
