My right leg thigh aches wih no real reason. Could I have a spinal disc out?It bothers me most at night as I need to sleep on my right side.

The skin of my inner right thigh is sore and highly sensitive to any touch. But they're is no change of color or anything. What could it be ?

My right thigh has a warm sensation. Not sure if this is related.... but my groin aches. I had a vasectomy a year ago and the groin area not same.
See your doctor: Your symptoms could be due to a DVT (blood clot) which would require an ultrasound to diagnose. Alternatively, any surgery can facilitate nerve pain but that usually happens soon after the event. This is called complex regional pain syndrome.
