If the pain has been constant for a few days, it's most likely related with STD-epididymitis at age 22 and okay to wait until next Tuesday if the pain is bearable and sac does not progressively enlarge. See urologist: This could be an epididymitis ( infection) which is treated with antibiotics or just testalgia which isn't an infection and even sometimes a hernia will have referred pain to the testicle . You need to see a urologist to be examined to determine exactly what is the cause of your symptoms ...Read more

Well ... (go to doc): I think that several of the more serious possibilities - incarcerated hernia, orchitis & epididymitis, were ruled out by your lack of swelling. And tortion & cancer could be r/o by scrotal ultrasound, which I'm assuming you received. That leaves following up with your doc, or even a specialist Urologist, as your next best way to get answers. Or get a cup: blunt trauma makes a nut shrink. Helps? ...Read more
