You need to see a urologist to be examined to determine exactly what is the cause of your symptoms ...Read more

Well ... (go to doc): I think that several of the more serious possibilities - incarcerated hernia, orchitis & epididymitis, were ruled out by your lack of swelling. And tortion & cancer could be r/o by scrotal ultrasound, which I'm assuming you received. That leaves following up with your doc, or even a specialist Urologist, as your next best way to get answers. Or get a cup: blunt trauma makes a nut shrink. Helps? ...Read more

Slightly swollen or tender right testicle. Sore rectum area. What can I do?

Epididymitis: See your doctor and get a testicular/rectal exam and urinalysis and urine culture. You might have epididymitis/orchitis (infection or inflammation of epididymis or testicle) and/or prostatitis (infection/inflammation of the prostate). Either may require treatment with antibiotics. If you are having trouble peeing this can also be sign of prostatitis. But you must see your doctor. ...Read more
