Imaging?: Have you had any imaging-back xray MRI to see if there is any inflammation of any of the nerves that come out of the back, or if any disks are bulging against the spinal cord or nerves coming from the back and down the legs or from the neck down the arms? Depends.: If this just started in the last 24-72 hours, you should get seen at an ER today. If it has been going on longer than that, see a doc this week for appropriate exam and testing.
