It sounds like you: have experienced some sort of injury or trauma to your right arm/shoulder. Experienced examiners including orthopedic or Sports Medicine specialists can put your arm and shoulder through diagnostic motions to try to diagnose what happened and how best to treat. Many possibilities: If there is no pain, no increase in size, unlikely to be cancerous. If increasing in size, or painful, you need to see a general or ortho surgeon for eval and likely work up or excisional biopsy. Probably will pass: I would guess that moving your right arm to brush is causing the sensation due to the injury from your fall. Try brushing left handed and see if it still happens. ...Read more

Possible: Try making a chicken wing like motion and lifting the shoulder up. If you can not lift it the first 20 degrees, you may have torn the suprapsinatus tendon which is commonly injured. However, you might just have a tendonitiis if you don't remember a trauma. If you can lift it 20 degrees but not further, you may have injured another rotator cuff muscle. See a family dr or sports dr for further eval. ...Read more
