When I lay/sit up I can feel my rib cage bone moving (feels like dislocating) & sometimes I hear a pop, I'm not sure why. It doesn't hurt..

Tricky: At 16 the area grows. The tendons can be a bit loose. The popping is likely at the joints where the ribs connect to the center of the chest. Joints do this. It is like knuckles cracking, and of no significance.

What could it be when you feel something like a ball in rib cage? It feels like a baal and moderate pain like muscle tightness! Every time I get up or move a certain way, I feel like a ball moving up my right rib cage, causing me to try and stretch it out?

This: This could be a muscle spasm, lymph node, cyst, organ enlargement, or even a tumor. It is very difficult to say without having more information and actually examining you myself.
My advice would be to see your primary care doctor for this issue. He/she will likely order imaging tests (i.e. Ultrasound, cat scan) as well as other testing (blood). The work up will be based on their exam and initial assesment. Try not to worry. Hopefully your doctor will get to the bottom of this soon. ...Read more
