Many possibilities: Dermoids are frequently bilateral so that would be the first possibility. It could also be a hemorrhagic corpus luteum or an endometrioma. Sounds like a pilo-: -nidal cyst. If there is some swelling there it may B a fatty deposit where the cyst is, or a quiescent area from previous infection.
