Why am I losing 2 to 300 hairs a day? Also my period keeps coming a week early every month.

Why am I losing 2 to 300 hairs a day? Also my period keeps coming a week early every month.

Considerations..: Have you had your thyroid tested recently? That can cause hair loss and menstrual cycle abnormalities, as well as the fatigue and weakness you list under your conditions. Obviously anemia can cause weakness and fatigue as well, but it's just another thought. Also consider that it is perfectly normal to lose 50-150 scalp hairs on a daily basis as it is. But think about testing your thyroid.

Need testing: You aren to having a menstrual period every fifteen days. You are having abnormal bleeding. This is not normal and needs to be figured out by your gynecologist. We would never just speculate on what is wrong with your hormonal cycles or internal organs without testing and an examination.

My period always came on the 6th or 7th of every month. But my last 3 periods came early, 2 was on the 3rd, the last one was on the 29th, same month?

Normal: menses rarely come on the exact same day of every month. There is usually 25-32 days from the first day of your period to the next first day of your period. What is described in the question is most likely normal. However cycle length can change from stress, changes in diet and exercise, changes in medication, or weight.

Last month 3 day short period this month 6 days early? My periods are always on time every 24/25 days and last 5 days. What could this be?

Hormonal fluctuation: The length of the period can change with fluctuations of hormones, which can be caused by various stressors on the body such as excessive physical exercise, climate change, an illness and even by weight gain or loss. If it was very light or just spotting and you are at all concerned that you could be pregnant, then taking a pregnancy test would be reasonable.

I noticed that like every month my period is eaither late or early and never on time is this bad may one of my ovarys have shut down?

Normal: Normal cycle length can be anywhere from 21 to 36 days from the start of one period to the start of the next. Some variation (of a few days) from cycle to cycle is very common and quite normal. If you want more regular, predictable cycles - you could consider cycle contro with birth control pills.

Test next week: A urine pregnancy can be done after missing a period, or 2-3 weeks after having sex if periods are irregular and unpredictable. At those times, the test is quite accurate (if done correctly and read correctly).

I'm 16 y.o girl and I had my period about 5 years ago, but it's late or early every month it's never been on time and my cycle is 40day is normal?

Common: Most young women are regular for a few months after starting their cycles then become irregular in one fashion or another. The birth control pill is a good way to make your cycles regular and to possibly limit the flow or maybe even stop it (which is fine by the way)

Every time I receive my period I get a flare up of colitis. This month I started a week early and have no flare up. Could this be implantation bleedin?

Could be: Or it could be that your period has just come early or perhaps your colitis could be going into remission! Time will tell! If you think you may be pregnant, just wait a few weeks before taking a home pregnancy test. If you take it now it will most likely be negative because it's too soon for your HCG levels to rise. Home pregnancy tests are not 99% accurate until your first missed period.
