My Palm Aches
Stabbing pain on my right side, slightly above my waistline. Throbbing pain in my right palm. Dull ache around rib/stomach on my left side.
Every morning the fatter side to my palm near my thumb aches, through out the day it gets worse. And is really painful when putting pressure on it?

Just lying in bed folding paper for origami and my elbow just aches constantly.. Palm facing up, right side forearm below elbow area. Why/how to solve?
Elbow strain/bursiti: You could have a bursitis if the skin overlying the bone on the end of your elbow (olecranon process) hurts to pressure. If that is red and hot it suggests an infection and you would need an antibiotic. If this condition is just ongoing for a few hours after all of your origami work, you have likely strained a tendon. The discomfort can be muscular, neurological, due to a primary process affecting muscles, bones or joints, and may be overtly inflammatory or not. What would cause weakness in my
Antecubital? Hurts when i lift things. When i push on it i feel ache/pain in one spot. Also a slight pain when I extend my arm all the way with palm facing up.
Biceps tendon: this sounds like a biceps tendon injury or biceps tendinitis. Anti-inflammatories can help. Ice massage and or moist heat to the area can also help. Avoid forceful flexion of the elbow or full extension of the elbow. Avoid carrying anything heavy or pulling forcefully with the affected arm. Can take 6 to 12 weeks sometimes to resolve.
