My Ovary Had Something That Sounds Like A Fibroadenoma Should I Be Worried
I had a breast mammogram and ultra sound in august 2013. Then a biopsy for a fibroadenoma which proved not cancerous. Did a follow up routine mammogram and worried cause doctor ask to see me next week?
Difficult to: speculate, it may or may not involve the area previously biopsied. If you are very worried, call your doctor and ask what he/she is concerned about. Otherwise you will get an answer at your appointment. Most of the time these recalls turn out to be nothing of concern. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Hi in September I found a lump in my breast I have since went to the doctor had an mammogram and ultra sound and was told I had a fibroadenoma and fibrocystic breast and to get daily check ups every since months but I have been having back pain regularly
Ultra sound on my ovaries clear but they discovered a small cyst on my right kidney. I'm told its a common finding at 55 but I'm so worried. Thanks.
What would cause me to feel like I have pulled a musle near my ovaries? I know it sounds strange but I've had it for a week and a half now.
Testing a good idea: Hello, I am sure that the Dr. has noted some signs that lead he/she to recommend PCOS testing. Ultrasound of the ovaries along with hormonal testing is a good idea and will give the Dr. the answers to his/her clinical impression. To start treatment now will positively impact your health now and later if you do in fact have this syndrome (PCOS) ...Read more

Had ultra sound 3 times on my ovary. Left always very enlarged, but no cysts. It's causing discomfort, as I can feel it. What could this be?
Not likely cancer: 3 ultrasounds and no change, sounds stable, Ovary cancer at 31 very unusual. If lots of pain and worse with periods more likely endometriosis. This may require a surgical investigation. Regrettably blood tumor markers are also elevated by endometriosis. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
My right ovary is sized 4.0 and 2.6 and the ultra sound report says that its small
i want to know the possible diseases which it can cause and cure?
Small?: the average size of human pre-menopausal womans ovary is generaly about 3cm x 2cm x 1 cm. So, perhaps the use of the word 'small' was intended to be compared with large. Sounds normal to me. Small ovaries are associated with many different conditions, so you might ask the person who ordered the test what they were looking for. ...Read more
