I had a breast mammogram and ultra sound in august 2013. Then a biopsy for a fibroadenoma which proved not cancerous. Did a follow up routine mammogram and worried cause doctor ask to see me next week?

Not likely cancer: 3 ultrasounds and no change, sounds stable, Ovary cancer at 31 very unusual. If lots of pain and worse with periods more likely endometriosis. This may require a surgical investigation. Regrettably blood tumor markers are also elevated by endometriosis. ...Read more

Small?: the average size of human pre-menopausal womans ovary is generaly about 3cm x 2cm x 1 cm. So, perhaps the use of the word 'small' was intended to be compared with large. Sounds normal to me.
