A smaller nerve branch in the lower end of the nasal bones that emerges to provide feeling to the skin in that area may be contused and swollen and typically recover slowly in time. Probably not: Numbness in the nose is a rare symptom and I am not sure what that is but it very unlikely to be the result of sinus disease. A stuffy nose can be nasal allergy and depending on how long the nasal stuffiness has been present could just be a viral infection.
