What age should I let my newborn let me know when shes ready to eat I sometimes have to wake her to feed her other wise she'll sleep. Im breastfeeding?

Anxiety: It sounds more like anxiety than post-partum depression. You are a concerned mother. Post-partum depression typically causes not enough attention to the new baby. It is ok to be so careful the first one to 3 months, but you do need your sleep, too. Babies awaken during the night for feeding which makes sleep difficult at first anyway.
