My head and neck aren't aligned. My head has a slight tilt and I'm worried it will get worse and lean more as I'm only 26. Who should I consult first?
Neck not aligned with head can be due to different causes, as sitting or sleeping in unusual position, poor posture looking at computer screen neck trauma or spine problems or muscle spasm, can also be due to medications side effect.

It may be normal: It is most reassuring that you don't say that the gland (s) you are feeling are tender, painful, firm, overlying skin red, etc. So the key is, how big are walnuts and submandibular glands supposed to be...it appears the range in size is similar.
