Pain and aches in my left shoulder blade, neck and arm. Feels like my arm muscles are pulling, when i turn my neck or rotate my arm.?
Time for a massage: Sounds like your trapezius and rhomboid muscles are strained and spasming. This is an unhappy feeling because the nerves that course through these muscles get pinched and result in the feeling of pain.
