After stretching walking to begin my jog legs felt weak. While jogging felt weak could not continue due to feeling ill. Now legs hurt and feel weak?
Weakness: Is it possible that your feet are not properly functioning? Have your podiatrist evaluate you for proper foot function. You may require inserts called orthosis in your shoes. Also consider new shoe gear. If those measures are not helpful, then you may consider that there is a systemic problem that is causing your weakness.
