Doubtful: I suspect you scratched the bite (maybe in your sleep) and have serum oozing out. You could have a minor staph infection. Wash it with warm soapy water, apply antibiotic ointment and a bandaid and watch it closely for increasing redness, red streaks and increasing pain. Relax: With severe itch you may rub so vigorously as to cause a yellow, sticky discharge. When the itch stops you can stop scratching and they will heal. Water is good for this. Wash.
