It is bad to wait? My left testicle is bigger then the right one, and from time to time I feel some pain to....And the left one gets hard like a rock when I do stand for a long period of time...What do you think?

Taken: Taken from mayo clinic. See link below for full information:

testicle pain and swelling has a number of possible causes. The testicles are very sensitive, and even a minor injury can cause testicle pain or discomfort. Testicle pain may start in the testicle itself or in the coiled tube at the back of the testicle (epididymis). Sometimes, what seems to be testicle pain is caused by a problem that starts in the groin, abdomen or somewhere else — for example, kidney stones and some hernias may cause testicle pain. The cause of testicle pain can't always be identified.

Causes of testicle pain or pain in the testicle area can include:

diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage caused by diabetes)
epididymitis (testicle inflammation)
gangrene (specifically, a type of gangrene called fournier's gangrene)
henoch-schonlein purpura (blood vessel inflammation)
hydrocele (swelling of the scrotum)
idiopathic testicular pain (unknown cause)
inguinal hernia
kidney stones
mumps
orchitis (inflamed testicle)
retractile testicle (a testicle that pulls up inside the groin — this condition occurs in young boys)
scrotal masses
spermatocele (fluid buildup in the testicle)
testicle injury or blow to the testicles
testicular torsion (twisted testicle)
testicular cancer
undescended testicle (cryptorchidism)
urinary tract infection
varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum)
vasectomy

the combination of swelling and pain in a testicle could constitute a medical emergency and should be evaluated as soon as possible. Work with your doctor or other health care professional for an accurate diagnosis. ...Read more

You'll want: That looked at.
While without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, I can give most of the entire list of possibilities.

Most likely not a very bad thing (bumpy vein, or scarred epididymis). But the scarred epididymis implies infection (probably Old but can affect fertility).

Hard lumps in testes should be evaluated for a very treatable cancer. ...Read more

Get it checked: The pain may be nothing more then a strain, but it could also be something more serious. Years ago I personally had a similar pain that continued to get worse. I finally had it examined and found a problem. Testicular cancer. If I hadn't had it examined and treated I would not be here today. It might not be anything in your situation but please have it examined, just to be on the safe side. ...Read more

Hello I suffered sudden pain in my left testicle n fever about 4 days back I am taking levoflox pain hs subsided but my epididymis is hard wt shd I do?

See doctor ASAP: Sudden onset of testicular pain with "hard" epididymis suggests possible torsion. If that's the problem, it's an emergency; surgery maybe required to save the testicle. Alternatively, maybe epididymitis, usually due to gonorrhea or chlamydia. Levofloxacin is OK for chlamydia but not gonorrhea. Discuss with the doctor treating you. ...Read more

I squeezed/pressed my left testicle with my hand really hard to see how much pain I can bear...have I done any tortion or serious damage. I am worried?

Don't do that...: There is absolutely no beneficial medical reason to squeeze left testicle; so, don't do that, although such would not induce torsion. As to serious damage, that depends on how hard you squeeze it - to the point of bleeding? I doubt if any "normal" man would do that. More? Contact local doc or www. Healthtap.
