Needs evaluation!: The most concerning thing about your question is the distribution of the symptoms: left arm and left leg. It would be more reassuring if it was all over. This needs full neurologic evaluation; have your doctor refer you to a neurologist. Causes might range from a problem with your sympathetic nervous system to MS ... or just normal for you.
