Have it checked out: It sounds like you have a series of "lumps" or lymph nodes that are painful particularly on your left side. You should have it checked out to make sure there isn't an infection going on. Don't forget that the lymph nodes act as a drainage and filtration system to try to stop infection. AC separation: Type 1-3 ac separations are typically treated without surgery. A type 3 indicates you tore the capsule and cc ligaments. This could be myofascial or muscular in nature or even related to a local nerve issue due to entrapment within the shoulder or even from the shoulder itself. A neck problem such as a disc issue can present this way too.
