Hang over: Hour symptoms are similar to hangover (alcohol withdrawal) symptoms after moderate to heavy drinking. What tests were done: A doppler (ultrasound) test would be the first test to determine if there is a clot or if there is any vascular concern. Other things cause cramps besides the circulation. Nerves can be responsible for this as well. It can be nerves compressed along the lower limb but it can also be stemming from the back. Knee pain: may be Bakers cyst ,tendonitis,hematoma though they should hurt more with exercise. Also though rarer in a male consider a clot, becasue clots are dangerous would f/u today with doctor /urgent care may need sonongram that can visualize clots , bakers cysts or a hematoma ...Read more

WAlking: Swimming is also very good and is low impact. Go to a local exercise faciity that my have a poor. Sometimes you can get a pass at a local hotel to use their pool for so much per month. Best wishes ...Read more
