My Left Arm Burns
I have a superficial blood clot in my left arm and it burns from my shoulder blade down to my elbow.I've taken 1350mg of tylenol (acetaminophen) but it still hurts.?
Burning pain for a few seconds when I move my left arm a certain way; also the area that burns is numb. Any ideas?
I have a tattoo that was done by an amateur on my upper left arm 9 years ago. Sometimes, but not always, it burns and is tender to the touch.
Bad ink: It was likely done with a conveniently available "ink" that is not meant for human / skin contact. Your body is reacting to it, and it will likely get worse over time, eventually eroding to the surface. Left neck felt sharp pain. Now dull pain and left arm burns n back n top of head hurts. What could cause this?
Probably soft tissue: Assuming you have previously been healthy the source of pain is probably soft tissue irritation (ligament or muscle) causing muscle spasm in the neck. This can cause "referred pain" to your head and arm. A less likely cause would be a disc injury causing irritation or pressure on a nerve to your arm. On the left side of my neck the hump as came up and it isn't sore to the touch but it radiates pain up the side of my neck and down my shoulder and it even burns then my left arm has had jolting pains shoot down it. Any idea of what this could be? I just

Nerve Pinch: This sounds like a pinched nerve in the neck. Although it could be other less common causes. If you have no other medical problems: infection history, cancer history and no significant weakness then give the pain 6-8 weeks to improve.
