What could cause wollen joints, and calluses/bumps on fingers?

Many possibilities

Bone_spur
Joint swelling is a sign of inflammation. If chronic , it can be related to a systemic cause such as autoimmune disorders (lupus), or age-related degenerative cause (osteoarthritis). If is is self-limited, a minor injury may be the cause. Calluses are caused by chronic pressure. "Bumps" could be anything but may indicate chronic joint disease. See your physician for evaluation.

It is entirely possible you are dealing with early onset Lyme disease, or possibly other tick-borne illnesses. This should be diagnosed and treated rapidly if the exam fits this diagnosis. Of course this may turn out, hopefully, to be nothing serious.

My 1yo has bumps around her joints at Times like bug bites, on covered/un areas..They don't bother her & go away w/benadryl. What is this?

Difficult to say...

Antihistamines
Rashes are undeniably one of the most difficult diagnoses without some visual input. Bumps near joints that go away with Benadryl does not sound serious, bur certainly seems bothersome. Best idea is to take your 1 y/o to the pediatrician, or at least snap a photo on your phone to ask your pediatrician on the next office visit. Is there a dog or kitten in the house?

Hello, I have these painless boney bumps on my some of my finger joints. Have arthritis I know. Maybe I am being vein but I would like them removed. ?

Plastic surgeon

Finger_joint_pain
Plastic surgeons who specialize in hands, which are exceedingly complex mechanisms. I doubt you will find anyone to do this because post-operative finger function would likely be interfered with. There at some changes of aging that we just have to learn to accept gracefully. Better to work on wowing people with your sparkling personality, and they will not notice your hands, nor will they care.

Struggling to get a diagnosis for the gradual loss of hand function from time to time. Fatigue, weakness in hands, joints feel swollen, little bumps t?

Not enough info

Fatigue
Sounds like something you need to have evaluated by an Internal Medicine specialist...a good Diagnostician. You need to have a good history and physical exam and labs, and possibly a neurological w/u if no clear diagnosis is discovered.
