Low back pain: It's probably starting in your low back. Usually these things resolve within 4 weeks if you are careful, rest, and don't re-injure yourself. Sounds fishy : If you truly have a fist sized lump then it's hard to believe that the ultrasound was normal. Did a physician actually come in, examine you and scan themselves or was it only the tech?
