My Heel Is Swollen
URGENT PLEASE-----------------I jumped of a ladder and landed hard on the bottom of my heel and it's swollen. What can I do for the pain and swelling?
I jumped off a ledge and jammed my heel. It is swollen and throbs. Did I break it or sprain it? (I know how it feels tobreak a bone.)

Pain and deformity in the back of the ankle suggests an achilles injury or even heel bone fracture.
