When I lay on my hips it feels like a lump when I lay on it. It brings discomfort to me and when I have pressure from jeans it hurts too?
Avoid pressure/jeans: It's impossible to help without knowing what you mean by "hips"... but your body is telling you to "lay off" whatever area you feel the pain in. If you can FEEL (with your hand) or SEE a lump somewhere, you may need to see someone to help figure out what's going on. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Maybe normal: What you are feeling could be a normal response to the effect of deep breathing on the circulation. When you take a deep breath you increase the amount of blood returning to the heart, after your exhale the heart will contract more vigorously due to the extra blood volume for one or two cycles, you may experience this as a jump or flutter assuming what your feeling is brief and lasts for 2-3 sec. ...Read more

How much does ur heart move around in ur body?when i lay on my left side it feels like my heart is right alongside my side.
Actually, not much: The heart actually sits directly behind the breast plate (sternum). The reason it feels like it's to the left side of the chest is because the heart is tethered in such a way that when it beats, it rotates a bit & strikes the chest wall just left of the breast bone. If one is thin-chested, this can be exaggerated, & more so when lying on one's left side (assuming heart is in the normal position) ...Read more
