I have a very painful lymph node in my groin, not swollen. I also have bad lower abdomen cramps & hurts to walk. No other symptoms. What could it be?

Hernia check: Enlarged lymph nodes or an inguinal hernia? Lymph nodes generally don't feel squishy and the associated abdominal cramps and groin pain make me suspicious of a hernia. Likely: Your doctor who is taking care of you and performed your scan is the best to tell you if everything is normal. That was definitely a short time between having a myomectomy and getting pregnant.
