My Forearm Muscle Is Sore
What could have caused my right forearm to feel extremly sore like a torn muscle for no known reason noticed it when i woke up?

I'm concerned that i might have gallbladder issues, possibly gallstones. Can stones cause muscle soreness in the backs of the legs & in the forearms?
Tendons/muscle on lateral side of forearm near the elbow spasm, swell, hurt and is tender. X-ray and ultrasound show nothing is wrong. What may it be?
Tennis elbow?: Might be inflammation at the origin site of the extensor tendons on the lateral epicondyle of the elbow. Ultrasound and xray would be normal; an MRI would likely show some edema/swelling there in the form of increased t2 signal, but this expensive test may not be necessary. Left forearm dull achy pain x2 weeks. Try to massage it, tender muscles. No injury/trauma. Not severe, no need for tylenol (acetaminophen) just annoying. Bone cancer?

Abscess vs cyst vs ?: Lipoma is benign lump of soft tissue under skin that doesn't hurt. Cyst is a collection of fluid or oil that shouldn't hurt unless it gets infected.
