My Foot Bumps Symptoms
Recently I developed a burning blister type of skin rash on my calf.. reddened and very sore (burning) feeling I also have blisters on my 1 hand palm.
Not clear: This sounds like shingles, but it could be another type of blistering rash. This is something which you need to take to your physician and maybe a dermatologist just to let them clarify what this rash is. Psoriatic arthritis: Sorry to hear. There could be many things related or unrelated to your psoriasis. One related cause could be psoriatic arthritic at those joints. However, that inflammatory arthritis is better diagnosed by your rheumatologist. Hard to tell: It is very difficult to determine the cause of a rash without seeing it. The bumps could be from scabies, which is a mite obtained from contact with others who have this. What causes an itchy rash with little bumps on top of my feet and redness on lower legs? Also bumps are not itching anymore, now they are dry bumps.
Allergic reaction: Usually rashes on the top of your feet are casued by some type of allergic reaction or contact dermatits. With your lower legs involved i would rule out edema/swelling as an issue as well. Your socks or shoes could be creating the rash on your feet more so if they got wet while wearing them or if you have changed soaps or detergents. Blisters?: If you truly have blisters (containing fluid which drains out when opened) then you need to consult you doctor ASAP because this may be a sign of a serious illness. If they are just small raised bumps which subside < a day, then they are likely hives(viral infection is a frequent cause)., then try antihistamine up to 4 x/day.
