Maybe later: Predisposition for heart attack is hereditary. You are 28yo and female and that gives you certain protection now. However, because you do not want to have heart disease later in life, it is never to late to start doing right, like eating healthy and appropriately and start exercising to be in better shape, loose weight and delay or completely avoid a heart attack. You : You have extremely high blood pressure – a hypertensive crisis is often defined by a systolic blood pressure of 180 or higher or a diastolic blood pressure of 120 or higher. Treatment for blood pressure this high may include hospitalization for treatment with intravenous (IV) medications. I am very concerned that you will not live to be 50 unless you begin to control the risk factors that contribute to your mortality risk — smoking, high blood pressure, lack of exercise and alcohol consumption, if it is excessive. ...Read more

My friend has 6 stents a pacemaker defibulator and the back of his heart is dead. How can someone live with their heart half dead?

Slowly: The heart is a muscle, and uses electricity to generate the "squeeze" necessary to get blood to the whole body. They also may develop congestive heart failure, with fluid backing up into lungs. Pills can help. ...Read more
