My Face Feels Tingly
The right side of my face feels tingly. I have right eye pressure and ear as well. Ihave constant vertigo. Weird sensation in head no pain. What is it?

2nd day of taking Zoloft (sertraline). Is one side of my face supposed to feel tingly? & can Zoloft (sertraline) make you feel aroused on and off throughout the day? Feels odd.
Can sinus problems make my face feel numb or tingly even to the point where it's only one side sometimes my tongue too? My BP is116/81
Maybe, but?: Those symptoms are not typical of sinus problems. The numbness and tingling are more of a concern and especially with your tongue involved as well since those structures are not connected.
