The best treatment is frequent applications of very warm (not hot) pads or washcloth for 4 minutes about 5 times per day. Contact dermatitis: Likely from the cleanser and/or facial wipes. You will need to get a doctor to prescribe you some steroid cream to help treat the hypersensitivity reaction. Or a steroid pill or injection if it gets worse on the face especially around the eyes. Try not to use that cleanser or wipe again. Over-the-counter allergy medicine ; eyedrops help relieve it. Zaditor (ketotifen) is a good eye drop for allergies.
