Probably not: You'll have to wait for the report, but malignancy in this site is unusual. I'd be thinking of a rheumatoid nodule or something benign like a bursa, pilomatricoma or maybe nodular fasciitis. ...Read more

Bursitis. see a doc: you have what we call bursitis. you could see your doctor ,for aspiration and treatment they usually keep coming back. you might see a surgeon for possible surgery to have it removed. it is an inflammation caused the fluid to leak outside the joint ,anti inflammatory medication could slow down the process. good luck ...Read more

Difficult to know: This is the location for the epitrochlear lymph nodes, but this could just as easily be an epidermal inclusion cyst (sebaceous cyst) or a lipoma (fatty tumor) or something more serious. I would suggest you have it evaluated if you are concerned. ...Read more

Hard to know: The orthopedist/physician that has seen you previously and that has performed physical examination will know better; but infection of the joint or misalignment would need to be considered. Perhaps more likely that this is normal progression of healing (depending on severity of findings you mention). Have it checked out to be sure. ...Read more

Try DMSO: DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide)--aka horse liniment--is available at a health food store or feed/veterinary supply. For systemic inflammatory conditions as you apparently have, I suggest one tsp per day orally. It tastes terrible. Mix with a small amount of water, and chase it with something else to kill the taste. Major adverse effect is that you will "off-gas" the DMSO in your breath and sweat. ...Read more
