Hemifacial spasm: The twitching you describe may be hemifacial spasm. This usually affects one side. Often the twitching starts in the eye and spreads to the mouth. An MRI of the brain will ensure that there is not a structural reason for the twitching. See a neurologist or neurosurgeon to make the diagnosis and develop a treatment plan. ...Read more

Tinnitus, pressure in ears, tingling around scalp, headaches, twitching left eyelid, had cat scan on sinuses it came out normal.
TMJ ?: These are all possible signs of tmj. Headaches and ringing in the ears are common complaints that i see on a regular basis. Sinus cat scan is normal most likely because your facial pain is referred pain from muscles. More than likely you have a displaced disc in your jaw causing your symptoms. You need to see a dentist with special training in TMJ for a exam, diagnosis, and possible treatment. ...Read more

Not your ears: Highly unlikely to be related to your ears. I would be concerned about a metabolic issue. A low calcium or hyperventilation.
