Well: Sleeping well? Previous hx of pain with stress? Ever been treated for anxiety/ depression? It could be the skin but ur gp would have gotten that. It could be anxiety/ muscle spasms with a subsequent feedback loop. Getting caught in a neurologic chain reaction. TMJ ?: These are all possible signs of tmj. Headaches and ringing in the ears are common complaints that i see on a regular basis. Sinus cat scan is normal most likely because your facial pain is referred pain from muscles. More than likely you have a displaced disc in your jaw causing your symptoms. See a neurologist: you are rather young and not knowing your history and inciting factors as well as medication you are your symptoms can be serious. if you begin to lose urinary/bowel control go straight to ER otherwise an early neurologist evaluation is definitely a good ideal. ...Read more
