Not likely: Levofloxacin could conceivably cause this but it is far more likely to be due to whatever upper respiratory illness you have been treating. Please go back and see the doctor who prescribed the antibiotic. ...Read more

The most worrisome thing is that you have multiple symptoms that are localized to the same area: the left side of your head. In my opinion, MR imaging should be done.
