Possibly infection.: Your symptoms sound classic for "swimmer's ear," or otitis externa. (You don't have to swim to get it. Anyone can.) An exam by a doctor can tell for sure. This type of infection is cured by antibiotic ear drops, but it is safest to use only AFTER a medical provider has examined you to make sure your eardrum is healthy first. Please see a doctor! Sore and itchy throat, one of my inner ear canal hurting and itching, sneezing, coughing, and watery eyes.
Allergies vs Cold: It sounds like you could have one of two things going on- a cold or allergies. Your symptoms are consistent with seasonal allergies, hitting you all at once, which is no fun. If it gets worse, you will need antibiotic ear drops from a doctor or pharmacy. ...Read more
