It can be associated with constipation and also spontaneous perforation which is when it is diagnosed. CIN IV ?: Cin means cervical intraepithelial neoplasia , a pre cancerous condition , usually staged i to iii by IV means in situ carcinoma but not invasive yet , usually will need the just the procedure you had , you have to speak to your doctor will explain , some facts are missing , if it is not invasive ca at 26 yr old possible not to loose uterus, if needed take a second opinion good luck. ...Read more

Schedule follow up: The next step is a visit to your obgyn. Bring a copy of the report that showed the cyst. They will need to review it. If the pain has resolved then another type of imaging to determine what is seen should be considered. If the pain continues they may consider a diagnostic laparoscopy. They will also want to know if you are sure both ovaries were removed. Sono/ct or MRI may be helpful here. ...Read more
