Sebbrrheic dermatiti: You use combination of anti fungal shampoos like Nizoral (ketoconazole) or head and shoulder or selsun sulphide, and non flurinated steroid cream like memetasone(elocon), temovate oe Lidex cream locally.And antifungal cream like ketocanazole. Allergies: Sounds like you are allergic to something in your environment. This time of year pollen allergies are very common. Avoiding exposure is ideal, but often impractical. Try daily use of otc antihistamines like claritin, zyrtec, Allegra (available generically) and use salt water (saline) nasal spray to clear the passages. If no better, ask your doctor. A lot depends on answers to questions he/she may pose: were u out in the sun a lot (even in winter)? Do u use any chemical /cosmetics? Any medical problems that run in ur family?
