Tested neg @ 6wks exposure for hsv2. It's been 9 weeks post, now I have a rash/bumps on the side of my clitoris.No pain, no itching.Could this be hsv2?

Maybe, maybe not: The hsv2 virus can lie dormant and it is possible the bump may be a lesion of hsv-2 with a definitive known exposure. Knowing you may have hsv-2 will drive you crazy though, and any lesion you get, will make you think you have genital herpes. Just get tested periodically and hope for the best. Probably not . . .: If you're describing pain in your left hand upon touching your clitoris, it's probably not a problem related to your genitals. What happens if you touch yourself w/right hand? Does that hand hurt? Perhaps there are some cultural/religious issues leading to pain? Do both calves hurt when you touch clitoris or is this pain separate?
