Nonspecific: 36 yo female has fatigue, parasthesias, and joint pain. A thorough medical evaluation is needed to rule out systemic disorders. If there are no specific findings, then fibromyalgia becomes a consideration. The diagnostic criteria for fibromyalgia usually include pain in all four quadrants of the back.
