Intertrigo/fungal: Likely due to fungal or intertrigo. Pinworms less likely. I would recommend washing 2-3x a day, drying in front of fan, applying very small amount of baking soda. You can try athletes foot spray too. Do this for 2-4 weeks. ...Read more

Pruritis Ani: Pruritis in not related to worms per say. It is related to ph issues of the stool, trauma from increased wiping and aggressive cleaning and even chemicals from some otc therapy.
